You have to do a good bit of homework on this stuff or work with someone with experience to help you fill in the blanks or connect the dots for the parts you don't understand.

and you were told correct this is the best place to be for all your REI incite/advice/education and more, dive right into the free training course under the education tab,  listen to podcasts, search the forums and blogs for all your questions, chances are almost 100% that there is a couple good/great answers to fill in the blanks, you are already on the right path with step one, a good foundation.

Only see Loganville, Bethlehem, etc.There are also instances where CoreLogic (owner of Listsource) cannot get access to data from certain counties, so we have found "blank spots" in their data.

The reason you haven't gotten any replies is that credibility isn't something that you get from filling in the blanks of a form or kit; it is something that is earned through years of sucessful investing in all types of market conditions.
