What do you think of this marketing idea?

I like the idea of contacting and knocking on doors around the houses of my listing, but i feel like im spending a little too much time doing it. Of course, you get a majority of the 'im not home' people, but the people that do answer, i feel like im spending 5-15 minutes each. Resulting in 3 or 4 hours a day canvasing the neighborhood to generate contact info, but not many solid leads. While im not so much complaining about the time, i would like to get the best out of my time.. So i was thinking for the people that dont answer, what would you guys think of leaving something like this?

Adding the street name (not exact house), and approx. sale price. Of course, i might have to do some "we just sold a home for xxx, xxx" and some "we just listed a home for xxx, xxx."

And the one on the right, putting these in doors at apartment complexes near my listings.

Also, just wanted to say ive been searching this site for years, and finally decided to make one to converse with everyone. Ive learned more from this site then any mentor could of showed me. So thanks to all the people that post and have educated me, and i hope i can share some of my knowledge with all of yall.

Both look great. Keep in mind that you will get calls from apartment owners or managers telling you to stay off of their property with the one on the right. I'm not saying not to do it. I'm just letting you know to be prepared for some angry calls.
