Has anyone gone through the Rookie Bootcamp and was it truly instrumental in helping you buy your first rental?

I have always managed the entire operation myself as most processes are automated. 

Is there where the automation software comes in or is there a way I'm not thinking of?

There are companies that have automated the cost-seg process for smaller properties like you have.

I decided to work on a solution from a post by @Michael Greenberg a few weeks back on email/communication automation tools.

Looking for advice on how to automate management for maintenance issues, repairs, routine check-ups, tenant applications & leases, tracking things like insurance/property tax/water payments/licenses & registrations, and annual tax filings for LLC and non-LLC holdings.what kind of tools work best when you just have a few properties and can't afford the commercial subscriptions?
