for those with a few rentals looking to scale, I'm in the same boat. DM me!!
He reach out. Let's trade knowledge about how to scale and manage a rental portfolio. I manage 5 units in upstate NY and am a passive owner in other property. I've handled acquisitions, renovation and management. Looking for advice on how to automate management for maintenance issues, repairs, routine check-ups, tenant applications & leases, tracking things like insurance/property tax/water payments/licenses & registrations, and annual tax filings for LLC and non-LLC holdings.
what kind of tools work best when you just have a few properties and can't afford the commercial subscriptions?
I can recommend services and procedures that we use but I'm sure I can learn from others and make improvements!!
