Like John said no stress no pressure to get everything done. 

I recently retired from the Air Force and am now pursuing my goals in real estate. 

I read books, podcasts, YT videos, networking etc...Short background on me: I am an entrepreneur who tends to perform well in times of pressure and that is why I put myself in this situation.

An existing air conditioner  outside unit does not have shut off switch. 

That’s a lot of pressure.

Plan on airing out the house every morning for 30 minutes before starting work.

Either to Washington or another state with very clean air.

Cities are passing Non-Air BnB laws(by adding “key tax” to every renter) trying keep the hotels in business.

In a DUPLEX upper level has control of thermostat for air conditioning. 

Many of my long term rentals are in the Texas oil patch, though we were targeting an Air Force base for tenants.
