Selling a home - Service disconnect/Satey switch

An existing air conditioner  outside unit does not have shut off switch. 

Buyer is asking to you install it.

I’m not willing to spend money to install for them. Share your suggestion please.

You should go get a few bids on it if you have not already. If it's cheap enough, it probably makes sense to just do it instead of blowing up the deal.
