I think your repeat business and the fact that a realtor would be ok selling an unfinished home is an indication that the realtors know you build a good product and stand behind it.If you built a bad product, no good realtor would bring repeat business no matter how good the cookies and if you build a good product, a realtor will want to bring their clients to you over and over...again regardless of the bonuses.
