Risk/Reward for Passive Investments

Interested in thoughts about risk and reward when it comes to passive investments.

Namely, how would you rank this in terms of risk? (With 1 being the highest risk and 4 being the lowest risk, assuming all else equal - i.e. the LTV is low, the property is in an in-fill location, etc.).

A. First Trust Deed Investment for a Flipper
B. A syndicated Mutli-Family Buy and Hold
C. A syndicated Office Building Buy-and-Hold
D. A syndicated Shopping Center Buy-and-Hold

Thanks!

You have these listed from lowest to highest risk already - just invert them and they will be highest to lowest risk. One definition for a syndicate or syndication is: A loose affiliation of gangsters in control of organized criminal activities. B-C-D options could all be equal in being a high risk.
