Spending a few hundred bucks on a flight and a hotel for a weekend is cheap eduction, in my opinion.

over 4 years is 16%, With 12% interest returns increase to 21%  not bad for not being a landlord, and these are the best unlevereged returns I am seeingSelling at a 80% markup:10k trailer for 18 is possible but hard to find those cheap deals. 15k to 27k is more of a typical buying price but getting harder to sell20 to 36 can be bought all day, but don't think many will buy at that price also term length has to be extended for affordablity, decreasing returns.

During the 2008 -2009, cheeseburgers (stocks) were cheap, just like house prices plummeted as well.  

No major issues, couple of minor cheap and easy fixes. 

Have a built in cushion. just because it’s cheap, doesn’t mean it’s worth it.

If your cheap like me you will just tear the carpet out , unroll it in the driveway and pressure wash it using Joy dish soap where the dude died .

Completely legit.But you need to be careful when buying you need to visit the home before bidding they don't show you everything in the photos just the eye catcher one.Do your research on the area also crime rate,etc .When a house is so cheap makes you wonder........

Offering exceptionally cheap money and paying expenses won’t help an active flipper if you’re so conservative you’ll only loan at 50% or even 65% LTV.I believe the drop in the rates by some is simply due to a drop in demand from those who are so conservative their business has tailed off, than by a perceived safety they see in a rising market.
