I've contacted the seller realtors on a couple of properties, but seem so wrapped up in selling their current listings, that they can't see they're going to miss an opportunity to discount today, and 'make it up in volume' by dealing with a serious investor.Also... always interested in doing lunch / beers / networking with like-minded Investors - Rathskeller or similar (ideas?)

I joined to broaden my network and to meet people that I can share questions and bounce ideas off of. 

It will be a process of discovery.Early on, I'll substitute marketing dollars with sweat equity/hustle by making consistent offers on the MLS (so far 1 of 3 deals has come that way), and networking with every wholesaler and investor I can find in my market.So far I've been able to come up with roughly 1/month doing this and spending minimal time on it.
