Hi everyone my name is Lisa Marney.

I am new to BiggerPockets but not the the real estate game. I have been a Realtor for several years now and also own a residential rental property. I love what I do and the people I meet as it may not always be sunshine and glitter but it always brings out the best in me and pushes me to be the best. I joined to broaden my network and to meet people that I can share questions and bounce ideas off of. I would love to chat and go over marketing ideas, investment opportunities, local trends, different financing options and pretty much anything real estate. I believe the best way to learn is not only by going out and doing it BUT most importantly listening from peers - as they can share valuable experience and lessons from past success and failures. 

I have several goals, but one of them is to complete a flip - as I have never done it personally but have contacts who have. Some of my other goals is to expand my personal invest portfolio by purchasing and holding single residential properties, learn more about the commercial side of real estate and to keep expanding my real estate business.
