I'm a new investor in Atlanta looking to grow the network. Happy to finally be part of this forum after listening to countless BP podcasts. A little bit about me...

I'm an IT professional who's ultimate goal is to quit the 9-5. Currently house hacking in Peoplestown and looking to purchase the next property within the next 3 months. My strategy is to rent out my current property to students by the room this GSU fall semester. My ultimate goal is to get into multi-family once I get my feet wet. 

Currently seeking to network with other members who are as excited as me about the westside/southside beltline and surrounding projects!

Welcome! The Middle Georgia and Milledgeville markets have great investment potential. Between GCSU in Milledgeville, Geico and YKK in Macon, and Robins ALC in Warner Robins the sales and rental market(both single family rentals and multifamily) is very healthy.
