As a person with little to no credit history, what would it look like to have a close family member sign for a loan, that for all intensive purposes, would be my property.I am 23, and just started a good paying job, finally have some money down to get some skin in the game and I really want to start as soon as possible, but I know my credit won't be up to par for at least a year.I'm just wondering if anybody here has ever done something like this and what were the steps needed to set this plan into action and maybe just some advice on the situation.Thanks big time much love

The problem we have is that we have basically no leverage whatsoever unless you have credit & work history.Like I said I'm not an expert but what I can say is that after reading, listening, and calculating is that the more skin you have in the game (capital, leverage, relationships, credit, knowledge, etc.) the better.

I agree with Tim that they did a bad job sanding.It could have been a previous surfacing job and the new contractor just didn't sand it enough, and didn't see it.
