Family member applying for my loan?

As a person with little to no credit history, what would it look like to have a close family member sign for a loan, that for all intensive purposes, would be my property.

I am 23, and just started a good paying job, finally have some money down to get some skin in the game and I really want to start as soon as possible, but I know my credit won't be up to par for at least a year.

I'm just wondering if anybody here has ever done something like this and what were the steps needed to set this plan into action and maybe just some advice on the situation.

Thanks big time much love
