Short term goals: ramp up marketing, build more systems, wholesale more houses, stack more cash and buy passive income investments.....Why you say?

Recently obtained my real estate license to save money on short-term residential flips and seeking a broker within Broward County.

I discovered the site after reading a Reddit post about an investor who had built a solid portfolio in a short time was sharing.

Long story short, I didn't listen to her and others who tried to plant the seed of "negativity".

My apologies - I didn't mean to be so abrupt and short with my answer but honestly, the email you received just hit a chord with me.Imagine a gas station sending you an SMS telling you that they would no longer sell gas to you if you don't start driving more.

It's a duplex so it falls under residential lending & valuation standards.......In short comps are the only thing that will be used to compute value of this home.

I very rarely sell because I'd much rather reap the long term rewards later than the short term reward now.

I want to start buying properties as a rental income and short listed Philadelphia and NJ for investment.

There will be volatility, so if you are looking for only a short-term placed to park you money this is not a good choice for you.
