I just replaced a very old 150amp service with a new 200amp panel, new meter box etc etc.Admittedly our weather-head/service drop connections were much cleaner/safer & better insulated than your mess.

A 1031 exchange begins with the sale of a property and concludes the the purchase or a replacement property.  

We never replaced a furnace due to mold.  

The bedroom has oak but there are multiple water stains and contractor said wouldn't be worth replacing.  

I've spent years doing corporate re-engineering.

hello everybody and thanks for all the responses and supportill try answering everyone the best the i can:* lived in Israel all of my life - im a software engineer and the company im working for moved me here.

MIght try to engineer a common receptionist upstairs, if that is done these days.I have been focusing on repair issues and just early due diligence issues in the last week.

We have pulled out drywall and ceilings in areas of the home that need to be replaced from old water damage.
