Cleaning would be straightforward as you would only be renting 2x year and guests would only pay for the check-out clean (unless they request midstay cleans) so maintenance would be the major key to your self-management.If your listing has not had a great response on VRBO you may need to look into hiring a professional photographer as VRBO receives alot more inquiries than Airbnb in South FL.

Hi Everyone,After several inspections that I did (4 to be accurate), I start to think that my inspector is not professional as I got used to from other states I bought...The report almost has no photos, most of the data is general for all report (such explanation on the issue that is being tested) and complete areas that he doesnt check (for example in case of rodent - he completely stops the inspection in the room/space/area).From old inspections I did, all reports were with plenty of data, pictures (and one unique contractor in Las Vegas even had price assessment!).

As far as I know Susan is by the Big Bear Elementary School and Tracy won't be an option.I got quotes from all brokers I was referred by local professionals and contacted other local brokers I was able to find online, but looks like Big Bear companies want a good cut or have no providers to write in the area. Also still shopping, but what works for me is when searching "vacation rental insurance", in the results companies like CBIZ provide great and better coverage for less money compare to local brokers.Need to call around because looks like it could be different for every house located in different areas of the valley, meaning what works for Jared may not work for Susan because they are far apart from each other. If any other short-term rental insurance agencies see the message and feel like they can provide us all with a reasonable policy, please join the conversation, would be glad to see you in here))

Start with these 4 steps:1. contact a Real Estate Attorney who will gladly help with the writing sales contacts and will close the sale for you. 2. contact a Mortgage Broker & Bank Loan Officer to refer potential buyers to so they can get pre-approved if they don't already have a legit qualification Letter 3. contact one of the sign post companies to come out and plant the typical real estate post in the yard to hang your FSBO sign 4. have a FSBO sign professionally made with a rider sign underneath By Appointment ONLY with your cell number.5. put together a flyer with pictures and info, sales price, etc. to email potential buyersInitially, you'll get all the neighbors calling, acting like potential buyers to see what you are asking for the property.
