Smaller concern is the plumbing/piping as I believe it originally have galvanized pipes(I heard those are no longer legal), but those were replaced(not sure when), but I think they are okay.

The 4 are plumbing,electrical,car port, and roofing.

First, raising money is not a real estate activity its an SEC-regulated activity so you would need a good SEC attorney. 

Plumbing is my worst nightmare!!

Could we use this as a master thread in providing links to lists, rankings and regulator information for these type of providers?

Of course after I got the house I plumbed in a nice new set up, with battery back up.

The current regulations per Hawaii DOH are that new cesspools and substantial repairs are prohibited.
