I think that since you are planning on moving back here to MN in the next year and a half to just continue to save up and keep obtaining knowledge on select area's you are interested in and continue to keep networking with people within the areas.

The real question would be, which real estate school best suits your needs and accommodates to your schedule so that the process of obtaining your license is as smooth and efficient as can be.

Are you able to obtain a Historical Tax Credit if the construction is already underway? 

Question: would it be wise to leverage that dollar amount obtained into another flip before the winter season?
