Young newbie from San Antonio TX

Hello all,

I am a twenty three year old professional out going man looking to begin my career. Real Estate has been an interest of mine since I was a young child. I remember going through the big book of house plans my grandfather had and being in awe of the different possibilities. My ultimate career goal is starting my own real estate agency, as well as creating a rental property  company geared towards families needing assistance, but wanting to better themselves as well not just looking for a free ride.. I would love to purchase my first home and flip it with in the next two years. Having a strong network of architects, contractors, electricians, Plumbers means my family and friends will be guaranteed to have work all through out the year. Nothing better than helping those you care about! While I'm obtaining my real estate license I would like to become an assistant for someone else in the real estate business who can mentor me as well. I am a strong believer of practicing good honest business.
