The "free" vehicle maintenance (oil change, etc) is also factored into your lease payment, as are any other "freebies" as is the high depreciation rate on new vehicles less than 3 years old.

The home is older, built in the 1930, radon levels are at 5.5, but it does have gas heat (most are oil in this area), and window units for air.

If you did not know the City will have the Electric company remove your electric meters and put locks on natural gas meters after a fire.

It has an income restriction for qualified buyers, and is also deed restricted.I have excellent credit, and significant savings, and meet all other qualifications to purchase, however due to the non-profit nature of the position I have worked for nearly the past 5 years, my current income levels do not qualify me for enough to purchase conventionally.

Foreclosures are not the deals they used to be so, unless you have time and money to sit and spin, I'd look for open market transactions of a nature that suit your needs and wants.
