In other words are you in a profession that is physically or mentally hard on your body?

I think it is probably the tenants mentality.

About 3.5 years ago I left the startup and moved to NYC to launch my consulting business (focused on digital marketing for startups/nonprofits), which I still work on full-time.Now at age 30 I'm finally in a place where my short-term survival is no longer consuming 100% of my attention, and I have the mental space and cashflow to turn my eye towards long-term wealth building.

We want to pursue an investment mentality.  

Mental illness has many, diseases, and the type that cause a person to become homicidal are very rare.

However doing so is different than convincing someone to sell who doesn’t want to or getting a fantasy land seller out of their vacation mentality.

That way they control when the call happens plus they are in charge but as you know the I will do it later bug populates many areas and then later turns into the forget it moth.Also with some people it took all the mental strength they had to dial that phone the first time, and they felt relieved when no one answered and the chances of them trying it twice is not very high.

I would like to address a concern I have about the herd-mentality of everyone and their uncle becoming "investors" and how this is likely to have very serious long term implications on housing that few have thought much about.
