I’ve always been of the opinion that when someone is trying to sell you an investment, they are probably the ones making the money but in general, there are a lot of big corporate chains out there (Marriott as well as the ORBI group,).

She kept saying that she would pay the balance off piece meal which she did but it just wasn't enough.

Generally, I'm finding that feedback to these "LLC" questions (which have been posted on several forums) leaves BP members needing to piece-meal together an asset protection framework that lacks enough clarity from a legal person such as yourself.
