Before these guys kill me, I was just kidding about the tradition although I'm sure they don't mind buying for everyone though.

Well, I suggest that you dry your tears with the checks from the closed leads that you pass on to your retail agent friend/associate.I kid, but seriously, I'm still waiting to hear the drawbacks.

I think one big thing that is pushing him to get out of it is the fact that they moved about an hour away from the property in the last 9 months and just had a kid... who knows.
