Hey all!
My name is Brad Thompson and I'm getting started in RE, just as a hobby, with the plan of building it into a full business within the next 24 months or so. I ran across this site when I was searching for "cash buyers" and wanted to reach out and connect with some people who have "been there & done that" successfully!
Specifically, I'm interested in doing rentals and wholesale quick flips - nothing long term or rehab at this point.
Since I'm here in the DFW area, I'm looking to build up my local team here first, then then branch out into other markets.
