This crosses all industries, setting guidance based on services performed being in like type, quality, area of expertise, of service providers having education, knowledge, experience and skills that are expected at any price point.

I haven't heard but would be interested what strategies maybe used to target more defined areas like a street or cross street.

Make sure you cross reference the landlords name and number with public records to make sure he or she is the property owner.

It represents quite a cross section of the American public.The Republican establishment needs to wake up as well and I happen to think that the Tea Party has helped with that.
