Mind you, I work full time and I am in a graduate program so I have to be very intentional with how I allocate my time, but I would like to up my time spent on this to 10 hours per week, or 1.5 per day. 

Hello all: My name is Russell and I will graduate from university this May.

I come from no money, not rich parents, no degree, but i hustled since i was senior in high school, so that was all i had, and i am at 45-50k salary with W2 job. 

Good schools?

Being so new to the area, however, I still do not know which specific areas or neighborhoods around DFW that are good locations in which to buy (low crime, good schools nearby, fair rent, etc.).

I went to the U of A for grad school, BTW, and fattened many a landlord purse while there...

We started with Lithia, FL as we have military family that gave great reviews of the area (ie. fish hawk highly rated schools, increasing property values, military family renting in the area). 

I just got out of high school and throughout the last ten years I have been saving up money to invest in real estate.

I recently graduated college and landed a great job.

Now, when the graduate also has a $350 car payment, increased insurance costs, $7,000 in credit card debt, and goes on multiple vacations per year that cost $1,200, that is where they get in trouble.
