Rehab starts full swing in about two weeks.

Also doesn't hurt to live on the same street as your banker and let him beat you on the golf course once a week. ;)

Not saying some don't make good money doing it - just don't forget your 'partners' that are nowhere to be seen when you're reviewing hundreds of properties, analyzing every bush, swinging the hammer and taking all the risk, but show up at the closing table to take huge cuts!  

Other locals mentioned that Azek is more susceptible to cracking because PVC expands and contracts more with temperature swings and it is more expensive than Trex.
