Airdna says that you could be losing out on 20-30% of revenue if you are rating 4.9 or lower on OTA's.I think you have the right idea though, make sure your investment can cash flow as a long term rental so that way you have a good back up plan.

Although I've been investing in and improving multifamily properties since 2000, I decided to go back to school and get a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from BCIT (I already have my Red Seal in Carpentry).

IF we don’t believe MTR are a marketing/investment/real estate strategy onto itself then we have to consider MTR as either part of LTR or part of STR.If we consider them LTR (furnished) as has been suggested above, we a few problems with consistency.  

How can a 20th-year-old approach commercial loan officers and investors to lend the money to invest in a 8 or 10-unit apartment?

Does anyone have any advice as I am just starting out on my real estate investment journey.
