Hey Everyone -I am wondering if anyone has availability in their mastermind for individuals focused around medium sized multifamily investing.

Also, would it be better to get individual new mortgages or group a few or more into one business mortgage? 

Also, some NYC primarily residential co-ops with some retail space were able to sell the retail component as condominiums.To clarify for those unfamiliar with the concept, a residential cooperative is a legal situation where a specific type of corporate entity owns a residential building with 2 or more, usually many more individual apartments.

Your best bet may be a small older condo complex where the units are owned and rented individually.
