Also, expect issues with old buildings, like internet/cable lines that are dead and need to be fixed by the companies.

Realtors are excellent at choosing the one way to get to the property that doesn't go by the airport, the train tracks, the dead K-Mart, and the meth lab.

If someone had a dead animal in a cage (or near a cage) upon move out the first person I would call is the police.

I personally think this whole 'tiny home' thing was dead on arrival.

This was my month so far all in completely rehabbed homes & apartments ....We HAD to take down seven dead 50ft ash trees on a SFR $3600 as they were snapping 20ft up with high winds & way too close to the home.

I have dead nerves in most of my large axon nerves and it affects my ability to walk.
