Today you can buy the same floor plan and features in either Manufactured or Modular construction from many companies, understanding the distinctions are critical. 

I guess some will always see the glass half empty and criticize, whine, and complain about it, and some will always see it as half full and figure out how to profit from it.

This is why its critical to have at least a rudimentary education of the many types of ways to do this business. including assignment of contracts wholesaling,rehabbing,buy foreclosure,tax deeds,taking property sub-2,fix and flip, land lording holding for income property, RE management, brokerage.
