My fingerprinting and clearance by the "agencies" was completed without any issue (as expected).What can I do to help a prospective landlord in my new city (hi there NOVA) not view me as a risk?

I'm a fairly new investor in the Twin Cities.

A couple of questions come to mind:4BR, 2BA Brick ranch property sits on more than 1/2 acre in growing city with strong economy and rapid home appreciation last 4 years, 1960s construction with original everything, lead paint included free of charge!

I am in the process of building a duplex on Panama City Beach, FL .

The city has a no more than 4 unrelated tenants muni code, but they issued a permit and tax the duplexes as 10 bedroom (5 to a side) they say that is ok because a family could live there.

What is the official way to purchase a ground rent and let the state(or county/city), lender, and owner know that you officially own the new ground rent, so they know to make payments to you?

If you live or invest in these cities, what do you think?

Google "flat fee MLS" + your city and you will find quite a few.

I would stay clear of anything inner city.
