My city is quite expensive to start
Hi everybody.. my question comes because I live in New York City and the prices of the properties are quite expensive... I am still in the learning process But Everytime I feel ready to Invest the prices are quite scary.. I feel like I should tried another city.. Could someone that have passed for the same situation share some tips...??
I also believe that with the down Payment in any Property in NYC, I can use it for many properties in another state.
THANK YOU!!
