Hello BP experts,do lenders expect monthly payment on what they had lent you immediately, or is their payment due upon the selling of the house after the flip? 

I am currently working towards being the youngest Certified General Appraiser which I hope to achieve by 07/2016. 

But from advice I've seen given by different experts, using a limited partnership in some form is a common structure.  

Your inspector can assist you with clarifying if there is mold and will likely be able to refer you to an expert.  

I'd like to provide what I came up with and see what the experts say. 

I have a degree in environmental science and was once a certified license wilderness EMT.

It is lead paint, but my contractor is certified, so we are going to be painting in about 10 days.
