Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Rheonna. I love this site.  I came across it in December of last year and it has already helped me gain more insight into my real estate ventures. I am from the Bay Area.  I have studied the Bay Area real estate market closely over the past 10 years and 2 years ago I decided to take a leap of faith and go after my real estate goals.  Sometimes it just takes acting on your dreams.  Since, I have purchased multiple SFHs primarily for cash flow.  I have found great real estate deals for family, friends and other investors.  I would really like to focus on acquiring properties through trustee's sales with the intent of flipping them.  Much sooner than later, I would like to purchase my first multi-family unit.  Currently, I am working on obtaining my real estate license.  I'll be scheduling my examine any day now.  Real estate investing is my hobby - sometimes it's stressful, it's A LOT of hard work, sometimes it takes up too much of my time - but it's all worth it!  I experience great excitement!

Through Bigger Pockets, I hope to share my real estate knowledge and investing to help others accomplish their goals, network with people who share like minded interest, get mentored by Bay Area experts and leverage the knowledge, information, resources and networking providing by this community to help me continue to achieve my real estate goals.  I am quite excited and committed to doing my part to fulfill the mission of Bigger Pockets.
