Hi everyone,Right before Covid, I was inspired by reading one of the Bigger Pockets books to get my RE license as leverage in my own investing and found that I really enjoy helping others as well.

But it did not inspire confidence! 

I too was ready for my first deal with inspiration to BRRRR from posts on these forums as well as BP Podcasts.

If you're in dfw area, I'd Love to buy you lunch or dinner and pick your brain.Blogs like yours, j Scott's, and tom tarrant are more inspiring to get off the web and into the biz than y'all will ever realize.
