I'd then start forcing yourself to put $500-700 away each month as a "rental" payment towards some real estate.If you pay rent of any kind, to your folks or to another landlord, find a way to eliminate it from your life.

There will be sooooooooo many different scenarios when you start talking to sellers, it will force you to grow, and it will make you become sharp and get you comfortable with talking to sellers.

You can ask them politely, if they would be willing to revise the contract, but if they say no, I don't see how you can force them.

Get an education..do some classes in real estate in college... save up $... graduate and go full force....Real estate is a great way to make money but it's all about timing...in your life and the properties!
