Wondering what everyone uses to keep track of financials/documentation and in general just stays organized with all of their investing. 

Once you identify this, it will be easier to decide what investment you should buy. 

I have been very high on the potential of Eugene for continued and rapid investment growth and opportunity for a variety of reasons, and have likened it to a more affordable Boulder..These very well paid athletes and the entire ecosystem built around them..ie: brands, influencers, media, boosters, coaches, alumni, all need to be accommodated.

Are there any sites you would recommend for market research on an area other than looking at census data?

I live in Chicago and invest in multifamily on the east coast and in the midwest.
