Yes it may cost a little bit more to hire someone to come in and install the radiant floor heating system but I spent 3 weeks running pipes and gas lines and hooking up the boiler.

I suppose I should say that I think market ready concerns before a sale include a $3,100 repaint, approximately $1000 in carpeting/flooring concerns, $250 pressure wash, $150 appliance repair.

It looks like it actually might, because I see "Ground Floor", "First Floor" and "Second Floor" mentioned in the property description, but I only see 2 units mentioned in the income pie chart.It looks like a pretty old building.

I also would caution that $1000 a year for maintenance may be low when roofs up here get 20 years of service so really you should budget $600/yr for the roof alone not to mention water heaters, furnace, A/C units, appliances, flooring, paint, updating kitchens etc.
