Now, we get nothing, a few inches and they go nuts. :)

After repairing a zillion holes and really poor repair jobs (the gobs of spackle they let dry and must be sanded -- I can't stand that) in our last renovation, I went a bit nuts in my next lease.  

What can I use as the basis of this house, the assigned contract is 375,000, plus I paid a finders fee of 180,000, (yes and maybe I am nuts) total cost of house was 555,000.

@Russell Brazil, It's funny how on your 1st comment you made it seem like you have saved your client $15K, but what it is is, you got your client on the hook for $5k.
