Would you rather drive a crappy looking car and be a financially independent millionaire, or would you rather drive a nice car and pretend to be wealthier than you are just like the majority of Americans with debt to their eyeballs?

Of course, no one is going to admit to making emotional decisions, but I thought it would be an interesting discussion.Sometimes what appears to be an emotional decision is actually a portfolio or strategic investment decision, just not expressed well.For example, all property I invest in, both commercial (most of my holdings and residential (a much smaller percentage) are, by choice, in the upper 33% as to condition, location, desirability, appearance and demand.
