How do I find a developer for my client’s property?

I have a new client who lives in the historic Narragansett Pier area, 20 minutes from Newport RI. Her property is zoned as a single family with 9 bed/5 ba, 3 kitchens, right across from the water with beautiful views on 16,387 sf (0.38 acre) of land. It’s in a great location. She previously had it on the market for 5 months and it didn’t sell. She expressed interest to me, in selling it to a developer. It’s right across from the beach on a corner lot. I can see a Walgreens being put there. There could be a lot of opportunity with her property.

I have never worked with a developer before or sold a property to one. How do I find a developer for my client?
