I think its quite possible for homes to tank but we wont see that until we see what happens when all these moratoriums end.

Still suffering from that mistake but getting closer to the expiration date.

What demonstrable damages have you suffered and/or how has the buyer having the report put you at a disadvantage? 

Any speculative benefit in continuing the 1031 deferral is limited to the relatively small percentage of Americans able to utilize it whereas the economic drag caused by the deficit is suffered by all. 

Put it this way, it wont hurt.

It's hard for me to explain, but you're smart so I'm sure you will figure it out.I can't finance through a personal mortgage because I wont meet DTI.

I know it will do great and its a great deal so it wont stay on the market for long.
