New to Real Estate Investing

Hey everyone, im a new BP member from Orange County, California. Im brand new to this whole Real Estate thing and looking to gain as much knowledge i can before landing my first deal. My life changed after reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and since the printers wont stop printing lol ive been focusing on Hard Assets and i think Real Estate is a great way to secure my financial freedom. My goal is to House Hack my first rental property and use the BRRRR method moving forward. The networking and education on this site seems extremely helpful and im happy to be apart of it and learn all i can! Excited to meet some fellow members and follow everyones Real Estate journey!
