1st vacation home rental financing in NC
I found a property under 30k that i want to purchase as a vacation rental property. I have plan and projections for this property. I know it will do great and its a great deal so it wont stay on the market for long. My credit is average and i have a down payment ready. Owner is not willing to owner finance. Are there any quick funding options for such a low amount?
