Right now it’s vital to get all the cash flow I can to cover the mortgage while I fix one of the units up.I guess my question is, how do you keep your sanity during the beginning stages of investing?

This is kind of common sense, but it provides a common interest for them and you because now they have a bigger loss on their hands by losing your trust.Not to mention, friends/partners in the area can be vital here. 

Staging first is vital for sales success.

It seems that this is no longer a topic of vital interest, but it is a subject that I have at least some useful opinions on.A spreadsheet program is primarily intended for manipulating numbers easily.

But I know that it'll only be scary the first few times and eventually it'll seem like an old habit.

I downloaded all of the BP podcasts onto my phone and have been listening to them along with the 7 habits book.
