Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Bre, short for Breana and I want to first thank everyone for contributing and making BP the amazing resource it is! I am new to the Columbus, OH area as I recently moved here from Boston, MA and am looking to meet people, invest in the community and have fun along the way. I am trained in engineering and business currently working in Global Marketing and am ready to dive into the real estate world.

With the research, reading, BP podcast listening and market tracking I have done to date I am thinking of focusing on a MF buy/hold and SF fix/flip strategy within central Ohio. I would love to meet wholesalers that focus on the “Villages” (Victorian, Italian, German) and Olde Towne East or individuals that would like meet and potentially go for an opportunity together. I don’t have much real estate experience past what my family did as I was growing up (5 SF rentals, 2 commercial strips and a few flips) but I am an energetic, fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset, marketing tips, sales tactics and general business guidance.

If there is anyone in the Columbus, Cincinnati or Central Ohio markets who are interested in networking, I would love to connect!
