By "sitting this one out" I mean that I could spend the next year squirreling away capital to buy Notes and then buy some, OR I can spend the next year eliminating the vast majority of all my debt and start squirreling in 2020.A lot of people seem to subscribe to the "just do it!"

I think both the the schooling and testing need some major over hauls, and there are some good changes that have happened, but its still a product of the past that has not caught up to today. 4 - Its an unfortunate fact but the vast majority of the average homes are not designed by architects today.

If you do end up keeping the properties in your name personally, make sure you are fully insured and cover yourself very well with sufficient insurance.

But I've never noticed that they treat units/families differently.Despite all that, overall, I like having S8 tenants when S8 pays the vast majority/all of the rent.

Notice in a certificate of formation of the limitation on liabilities of a series as referenced in this subsection shall be sufficient for all purposes of this subsection whether or not the limited liability company has established any series when such notice is included in the certificate of formation, and there shall be no requirement that any specific series of the limited liability company be referenced in such notice.

I got a message from my RE agent on December 21 that the VA loan fell through because one of the applicants did not have sufficient job history, and all their earnest money was returned to them.My questions are:1) Did somebody jump the gun on the paperwork?
