@Mark Aaron my criteria for determining holds is when I purchase the property cash, I hate financing but it's the only way to move fast and buy more units, all my units are cash buy with no refinance, find the best deal that you can buy cash if you have it, I use the rental revenue to buy more, if your making 35%gross profit with cash then you hold, finance is a different story,Stay away from hard money high interest loans buy cash get an HELOC with a reputable bank with loan interest to help you buy more because remember high interest loans just cutt your profits tremendously,
